What Are Supertec Access Floors?

Supertec access floors are quality access flooring products such as the multifunctional Solid Lock access floor system. The ST access floor system consists of rigid linear assemblies made of non-combustible components. It has an extremely hardtop steel sheet. The steel sheet is welded to the bottom part of the domed formation, which has a deep drawing steel bottom. This results in panel strength and the precision of these access floors. It also has a specially designed 4-corner self-locating and solid locking system present in the underside of the floor panel. This 4-corner locating hole helps with higher load capacity. The star-shaped dome has an international design.

Corrosion Free Supertec Access Floors

Supertec access floors are corrosion protected on the exterior and interior surface of the door panel. The core of the floor panel is filled with a cementitious compound that is non-combustible. The outside of the panel is also epoxy coated.

The underside of the panel has an 18 salient points structure. The concave strengthening rib found on the edges of the floor panel helps provide greater edge load capacity. The Supertec solid lock could be a freestanding system, a screw-down system, bolt-on stringer system, or snap-on stringer system.

Why Do You Need An FS Access Floor System

The FS access floor system is made of a structural steel assembly that is welded and designed to tolerate really dynamic loads. It has a cementitious fill that is specially formulated. It also has a powder-coated epoxy finish.

The epoxy powder coat and the phosphate coat ensure the floor panels are protected from corrosion. The advantage of an FS access floor system is that it provides a stable platform that is ideal for storing equipment and for the general office environment. The floor panels are locked into place in the corners, or they are held together with or without stringers.

Qualities Of The FS Access Floor System

All materials used for the FS access floor system is environment friendly and nonhazardous.

It should have low emission and no CFC.

It is important that none of the materials used in this floor system have any CO2 emission either during or after the installation. Ideally, the floor panels and the understructure system should be made of materials that are recycled to the extent of 40%. The floor panels and all the supporting systems should be resistant to the growth of microorganisms or fungi and also resistant to vermin or insect attack.

There should not be any odors emanating from the panels, and it should be fire-resistant.
